Super appart Airbnb

Bonjour,

Je tiens à faire partager notre bon plan appartement.
Nous avions réservé via le site airbnb!

L'entrée de l'immeuble n'est pas génial, mais l'appartement correspond parfaitement au descriptif et aux photos!
Idéal pour 4 personnes et assez grand.
Rose est une super hôte, très disponible : elle a répondu rapidement à nos mails avant et pendant le voyage.
Il est très bien situé : près de l'empire state building, penn station, madison square garden.. Mais rue très calme les nuits. Aucun bruit!! A part quelques fois le voisin du dessus...

When we entered in the apartment there was yet the dirty sheets of the previous clients.

Kitchen :
The window was open and broken
It is impossible to cook in this apartment every thing is very very dirty
I asked you different times to have 6 chairs and you told me that you will arrange.You never did, we are still waiting 6 chairs
There where not enough knifes, forks etc to eat anyway
All cutlerlies where so dirty that we could not even imagine to touch them

Bathroom :
it was very very dirty
The bathtub is so full of limestone that it is dark grey color and dirty
The water spurt out from the shower
The closet of the bathroom is so dirty that we could not use it
We could not close the door to key

Appartment :
The closets where so dirty that we could not use them, we had to keep our stuffs in the luggage during 11 days.Impossible to arrange them
there where no one hangers
The sofa bed is so old that through the mattress you can feel the bed base as if there was no mattress
The floor in all rooms was dirty and full

Bedrooms:
there was no one duvet cover and they where dirty.
There where only 4 cushions and this one where very bad quality

We are very unhappy and we will make very bad publicity for your real estate agency.
It is a scandal
We cannot accept this
